Your right to withdraw

If you live in the EU or the UK, the law lets you withdraw from your order from the day you place it until 14 days after delivery. To withdraw, contact us and tell us clearly that you want to. We refund what you paid within 14 days. If your order has already shipped, we refund you once we receive it back.

Hygiene seal

SynKink F is an intimate product. Once the hygiene seal is broken, it cannot be returned for hygiene reasons, unless it is faulty.

Sending it back

Contact us first. We send you the return address. You pay the return shipping.

Faulty devices

If your SynKink F is faulty, contact us. We repair it, replace it or refund you. This does not limit your legal rights.
